Who am I?
Hey, I'm Yoav Shemesh — though most people know me as Mr. SHMSH.
I grew up obsessed with comics and how just few lines can tell a whole story in an instant.
Later in life I studied architecture and interior design, which sharpened my eye and discipline, but ART was where my heart always was.
Once I stopped making what I thought was expected, and leaned into bold color, comic-book energy, and storytelling, everything clicked. That's when Mr. SHMSH was born — my own superhero alias :)
I make bold, story-driven pieces about everyday life. When one sparks a smile or a conversation, that's the point.
